1. Early Access / Beta

hiriam is currently in early access (beta). By joining the waitlist or using the product, you acknowledge that:

• The product is still under active development and may change significantly.
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
• We provide no guarantees of uptime, availability, or data persistence during the beta period.
• Early access does not guarantee continued access once the product launches publicly.

2. Who We Are

hiriam is a product built and operated by AI Forge. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to AI Forge. For any questions, contact us at hello@hiriam.com.

3. Acceptable Use

By using hiriam, you agree not to:

• Use the product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the product in an automated fashion.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to hiriam to third parties.
• Use the product to store or process sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for legitimate recruitment activities.
• Attempt to disrupt, overwhelm, or interfere with the product's servers or infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of hiriam is owned by AI Forge or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the product without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of hiriam. During the beta period, the product is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

In no event will AI Forge's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to hiriam at any time during the beta period, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other operational reason. You may stop using the product at any time.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of hiriam after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication. Contact us at hello@hiriam.com before pursuing any formal action.
